Spirits Tastings

I offer a range of fine drinking experiences tailored to provide an elegant and unique experience for you and your guests. I specialise in educational or social tastings and pairings as well as brand focused experiences.

Tasting packages are ideally conducted with groups of up to 20 people and can be served either as a stand-alone tasting or with food – either a specially selected pairing or simply a selection of delicious canapes. The complexity and structure of the tasting can also be tailored to your preference – from complete novice to expert, structured or informal - and provide a perfect activity for corporate events, dinner parties and bachelor or hen’s parties.

As a WSET certified spirits educator, I have many years of experience hosting tastings and always enjoy a good conversation about Whisky, Tequila or any of the other fascinating categories of spirits!

Whisky’s of the World

A sensory journey across the world’s great Whisky producing regions. In this tasting we’ll explore five whiskies from Scotland, Ireland, America and South Africa complete with an introduction to history, regional flavour profiles and production differences.
