I am deeply passionate about education and have spent over fifteen years training bartenders, managers, brand ambassadors and trainers across Africa. I have been lucky enough to see first-hand the impact that education, inspiration and mentorship can have on the rapidly developing cocktail culture across our continent.
I am a WSET Certified Spirits Educator and lead the WSET education program at THIRST Bar Academy (so if you're looking for WSET qualifications, book here!)

Management Training & Coaching
In too many cases, staff are promoted into management positions without any real capability development, coaching or support and the hospitality industry is chronically under-invested in management training. I offer both skills based management programs as well as leadership coaching and strategic workshop facilitation for both owners and managers.
Brand Ambassador Training
Brand Ambassadors are the face of your brand however they are often under-prepared to face the increasingly knowledgeable bar community, leaving them with a case of "imposter syndrome". I have worked with BA and training teams across Africa to increase their knowledge, skills and ability to engage effectively with the bar community.
